The Fifth Elephant

This was my second Pratchett play with the Brisbane Arts Theatre, once again being cast in such a fun role – this time as the pretty-in-pink vampire, Lady Margolotta. Another big cast production, on which I had the opportunity to work with so many theatre friends again – and for the first time being on stage with my bestie, Kerri.

I don’t really remember a lot about the show itself. Pratchett shows (based on his books) often seem to be very large casts, with lots of scene / set changes. I do remember, however, that after one of the shows (maybe closing night) I was in the theatre courtyard talking to audience, and my school friend, Roslyn, was there. We hadn’t seen each other in about maybe 9 or 10 years (maybe longer) so it was nice to reconnect!
